COVID-19-induced Dyslipidemia and Disease Severity: Perspectives from Southern Nigeria

Background: The relationship between dyslipidemia and the severity of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has extensively been characterized in Western population with a dearth data among Nigerians. Hence, current study evaluated lipid/lipoprotein disorders inherent COVID-19 its Methods: This was retrospective conducted 600 patients RT-PCR-confirmed at Eleme treatment facility Port Harcourt, Southern Nigeria.
